Every photo from every property, organized the moment it's taken. Timestamped, sorted by property, contacts, and searchable in seconds. No app, no login, no manual sorting.
The problem
That photo exists. You just can't find it.
Your cleaner sends 40 photos over WhatsApp. Your contractor emails a few. Your realtor uses Dropbox. You took some yourself last week. They all exist somewhere. Good luck finding the one you actually need.
The photos are out there. On your contractor’s phone, in a text thread from three months ago, somewhere in a camera roll between vacation pictures and screenshots. Getting them out requires you to chase someone.
You know the photo was taken. You just can’t find it when a tenant disputes their deposit, an insurance adjuster asks for proof, or a client wants to see the before shots. It’s in there somewhere.
Every photo that comes in from someone else requires you to save it, rename it, sort it, and move it somewhere. Then do it again next week. And the week after that.
Who it's for
Your time is too valuable to spend hunting for photos that should already be organized.
Your contractor says the work is done. You're 40 minutes away and you take his word for it. Six weeks later you're in a deposit dispute with zero documentation of what the property looked like at move-in.
Seven crew members. Three job sites. Nobody sends photos until you chase them. Then you get 60 unlabeled shots in a WhatsApp thread.
Move-in day you need condition photos. Move-out day you need them again. Then a tenant disputes their deposit and you're digging through your phone trying to put a timeline together.
You're paying a VA to copy turnover photos from your cleaner's phone into a Google Drive folder. After every checkout. For every property. That's real money for a task that should cost nothing.
Your photographer sends a Dropbox link. Your co-agent has some on her phone. The staging team emailed a few. A buyer asks for the before shot of the kitchen and you're opening four different apps.
How it works
Three steps beats three hours digging through text threads.
Set up a property in seconds. Add contractors, cleaners, tenants, or anyone who takes photos for you.
Take photos yourself, import them, or send a magic link to anyone on-site. They open the link, snap the photos, and the shots file back to the right property.
Search by property, room, date, or who took it. Filter, sort, and pull up exactly what you need in seconds.
Features
Still digging through group chats for that one photo? There's a better way.
Your contractor, your cleaner, your tenant, your whole team. Whoever needs to take photos, send them a link. They click it, allow location, and take the photos. That’s it. No app to download, no account to create, no password to forget. Works for anyone with a phone.
When someone opens a magic link, we request location access upfront. If they grant it, every photo they take is GPS-stamped at capture. Not approximate, not added after the fact. For deposit disputes, insurance claims, and compliance records, that’s meaningfully stronger than a screenshot in a text thread.
You know the photo exists. January, kitchen, your contractor sent it somewhere. Could be WhatsApp, could be email, could be buried in your camera roll between vacation photos. Filter by property, room, date, or who took it. Find it in seconds. Every time.
Every photo files back to the right property. From there, sort by project: move-in, move-out, leasing, cleaning, lawn care, rehab. Or find everything by who took it. Click a tenant and see every photo they’ve ever submitted across every property. Click a contractor and see every job. When a new tenant moves in, their photos start a fresh record from day one.
Paid plans include unlimited cloud storage. Every photo is secure the moment it’s captured, nothing to set up. Connect your Google Drive or Dropbox in Settings and your library backs up there automatically at no extra charge. Download everything anytime from your dashboard. If you ever cancel, you have 30 days to export before anything is removed.
Add a note to any photo. It saves automatically, stays linked to that photo, and timestamps the date you wrote it. Six months later when you’re trying to remember what the inspector flagged, what the tenant complained about, or what that crack in the ceiling was actually from, the note is right there with the photo.

Yes, because there’s nothing to download. You send a link, they open it in their phone’s browser, allow location access, and take photos. No account, no app, no login. Most people’s reaction is “wait, that’s it?” We built it this way on purpose. If your contractor has to do anything besides click a link, it won’t stick.
No. The link costs nothing for them to use. You pay the subscription; they just click a link. They never see a paywall, a signup form, or a pricing page.
It’s embedded in the photo file at the moment of capture. Coordinates and timestamp are baked in before the photo uploads. The capture flow can’t be completed without location access; it’s blocked at the browser level. That’s what makes it useful in a dispute: the proof is in the file, not a label we added after the fact.
You get 30 days to download your full library before anything is removed. Your photos don’t disappear overnight. The organization layer (collections, contacts, room tags, search) lives in Property.Photos. The photos themselves are yours to keep.
Yes. The free plan gives you 1 property, 2 capture links, and 30 photos. Enough to run through the whole flow with a real property and see if it works for you.
Photos are stored on secure US-based cloud servers and are yours to download anytime. If you want an automatic backup copy in Google Drive or Dropbox, connect that in Settings. It runs nightly, no manual transfers. If we ever shut down, you’d have 30 days to export everything. Your photos are never held hostage.
Yes. If you upgrade and decide within 14 days it’s not right for you, we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.
The photo system built for people who manage properties. Not spreadsheets.
